At the heart of the Egyptian halls of justice, where law meets conscience and humanity, shines the story of an exceptional individual who dedicated his life to serving truth and justice. He is Counselor Ahmed Rashad Mohamed kaddafy, a man who combined judicial rigor with a delicate intellect, legal commitment with social and cultural work, and wisdom with creativity and wise leadership. From the Faculty of Law at Cairo University, where the spark of his passion for law and justice began, to the highest judicial platforms and social and cultural initiatives, Counselor Ahmed Rashad has woven a journey full of challenges and achievements.

His academic journey began at Cairo University, where he earned a Bachelor of Law, acquiring a solid scientific foundation and precise analytical skills that enabled him to handle the most complex judicial cases, especially in the field of personal status.

Counselor Ahmed began his professional career at the beginning of the current century, where he joined the Public Prosecution, before progressing through the ranks of the primary courts and holding multiple positions in the primary judiciary. He chaired important judicial committees, during which he demonstrated high efficiency in managing sensitive cases. With his accumulated experience, he was promoted to the position of a judge at the Court of Appeals, a position that represents the culmination of a long professional career that has spanned nearly three decades of hard work.

His ascent was not merely a career progression, but a continuous journey of diligence and commitment, which witnessed numerous stations in defending rights and upholding the values of justice. His judicial performance was distinguished by his ability to balance the application of the law with strict justice and a human awareness of the parties' circumstances, which earned him the respect of his colleagues in the judiciary and the trust of civil society.

He was not content with merely applying the law and resolving disputes; he always sought to refine his knowledge and develop his skills. His passion for learning was an unending drive. From a professional diploma in strategic planning at the National Planning Institute to advanced courses at Nasser Higher Military Academy on strategic studies, crisis management, and negotiation, Counselor Ahmed built a strong and multifaceted foundation.

He also realized the importance of specialization, so he was keen to obtain the training program in international arbitration from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and delved into the practical aspects of law through a series of specialized courses at the National Center for Judicial Studies, which included the provisions of legal guardianship over property, information security and protection of private electronic devices from hacking, etiquette, ceremonies, and communication manners, all the way to specialized courses for members of the Public Prosecution, judges, and court presidents.

Counselor Ahmed also kept pace with technological developments, obtaining a cultural course on legal guarantees and protection in the context of digital transformation from the National Institute for Governance. He did not neglect the importance of human development, leadership preparation, and crisis management, as he participated in advanced training programs in this field.

In addition to his judicial career, Counselor Ahmed played prominent roles in serving the judicial community and judges. He held leadership positions in social associations and contributed to launching developmental works and projects aimed at serving the judicial community. 

Through his position as a member of the board of directors of the Building and Housing Association at the Fayoum Judges' Club, and then as the association's secretary-general, he, along with his colleagues, was able to establish a huge residential subdivision to house the honorable judges. He also participated, through his position as a member of the board of directors of the Justice Association for Hajj and Umrah, in facilitating religious trips. Thus, he was able to combine serious judicial work with noble social commitment.

And in confirmation of his leadership role, he was nominated more than once as a member of the board of directors of the Fayoum Judges' Club and as treasurer, to be an influential voice representing his colleagues, making him an example that combines professional competence, social leadership, and intellectual influence, in an inspiring success story.

On the intellectual level, he participated in several conferences and seminars, most notably the artificial intelligence seminar at the Ministry of Communications and the Ministry of Justice to launch the project of using artificial intelligence in family cases, which reflects his future vision for the importance of technology in facilitating judicial procedures.

And believing in his status and excellence, the Egyptian Ministry of Justice chose him to participate in the French Embassy's celebration of the International Day of Law, and he was also chosen among the most influential personalities in society for the year 2023 by the Arab Center for Studies and Training.

Counselor Ahmed's giving was not limited to courtrooms, the Judges' Club, and social associations only, but extended to the fields of literature and poetry. He joined the Writers Union of Egypt, and his prominent book, "The Brief on Obedience and Disobedience," was recently published, in which he addressed an important social and legal issue with a smooth objective and legal approach. In 2024, his book "The Scent of the Immortals from the Men of the Public Prosecution and the Egyptian Judiciary" was published, which is a unique literary work that included a biography and a photographic memory of the lives of nearly one hundred judges.

He also added a distinguished collection of poetry to the Arabic library, whose echo has always been heard in poetic evenings and cultural salons, "The Lovers' Compass," in which he embodied his human feelings and philosophical vision of life. The tree of knowledge continues to bear fruit with many literary and legal works that are under review and printing. These works reflected the personality of the cultured judge who balances a legal mind with a poetic heart, and strict logic with a human vision.

Counselor Ahmed's dedication did not go without appreciation. He received certificates of appreciation from the primary courts of Minya, Fayoum, and North Giza for excellence and achievement in family cases, which reflects his professional competence and judicial excellence.

And he was honored for excellence in the field of classical poetry with a certificate of appreciation from the Judges' Club of Egypt, which he received from the great writer and poet Farouk Gouida, and the venerable Judge Mohamed Abdel Mohsen.

In recognition of his intellectual contributions, he was awarded the Fayoum Judges' Club shield for his publication of the book "The Scent of the Immortals from the Men of the Public Prosecution and the Egyptian Judiciary."

Counselor Ahmed Rashad kaddafy has been able to present a unique model of the modern judge who does not just apply the law but seeks to serve society and enrich thought.
