The Secret of a Leader Who Knows No Bounds... Ms. Mona Saqr Al Matrooshi... A Maker of Impact and Humanitarian Leadership.

In the journey of every leading figure, there lie deep roots of passion and faith. Ms. Mona Saqr Al Matrooshi did not choose the traditional path to success; instead, she chose the path of creating a profound impact, believing that true power resides in giving and human empowerment. This is an epic story of an exceptional Emirati woman who transformed the pursuit of knowledge into inspiring leadership, and professional expertise into an eternal social legacy. Her journey was not merely a career progression, but a series of accumulated achievements that illuminated the fields of education, entrepreneurship, and humanitarian work, forming a unique model of effective leadership based on the "Leadership by Love" approach and "Team-Spirit Management." This is the tale of a leader who made every position she held a beacon of giving and excellence.

For Mona, knowledge was the non-negotiable cornerstone. Her academic journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Education, specializing as a "Classroom Teacher." This specialization was not just a qualification; it instilled in her a deep understanding of the importance of building minds and nurturing generations, planting a sense of responsibility toward every individual. Recognizing that institutional and entrepreneurial work requires professional administrative and marketing dimensions, she furthered her education with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing. This unique blend of "Education" and "Marketing" granted her the ability to manage institutions with human awareness and to market social ideas and initiatives in the most effective ways. The appreciation for her journey—based on merging management with giving—culminated in a prestigious honorary position, as she was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Humanitarian Entrepreneurship. This served as international recognition of her pivotal role in applying entrepreneurial principles to serve human and community development, making entrepreneurship a means for sustainable building and giving.

Mona's deepest impact was embodied in the education sector, where she spent many years of her life as a "Teacher" and "Learning Resources Specialist" at the Ministry of Education. This period was the true workshop for honing her leadership skills, facing challenges, and finding solutions. She was not just an employee but a beacon of excellence, serving as the Head of the Educational Excellence Committee for Sharjah Model Schools and participating as a member of the organizing committees for the "Symbols of Giving Award" ceremonies for the Sharjah Educational Zone.

This placed her at the heart of elevating educational standards and serving students and society. She contributed her vast expertise to judging the "Reading Awards" for the Ministry of Education and was a member of the Institutional Excellence Committee for the Sharjah Educational Zone.

This dedication translated into the highest educational honors, as she twice won the "Sharjah Award for Educational Excellence" in the categories of "Distinguished Teacher" and "Distinguished Learning Resources Specialist" at the Arab world level. She also received the "Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Distinguished Academic Performance" in the "Distinguished Teacher" category at the Arab world level. Furthermore, she was honored as an "Employee Who Significantly Exceeds Expectations," highlighting her role as a model of dedication and professionalism that transcends boundaries. She also earned the Sharjah Award for Educational Excellence as a Distinguished Resources Specialist at the Arab world level, confirming that excellence is her permanent methodology. Additionally, she was twice honored as an "Employee Who Exceeds Expectations" by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

The pinnacle of humanity in Mona’s career emerges as she transitioned from the role of a distinguished employee to that of an inspiring leader who creates humanitarian impact on a broad social and human scale. Her leadership vision was manifested in her role as the Director General of the Ajman Society for Social and Cultural Development. There, she invested her expertise in formulating strategies, plans, and implementation methods, relying on her principles of "Leadership by Love" to ensure satisfaction among subordinates and foster a team-spirit environment. She earned the title of "Ambassador of Knowledge" at the Emirates Red Crescent, a title that testifies to her commitment to transforming knowledge and experience into tangible relief and humanitarian work, having been honored multiple times by the Emirates Red Crescent Authority with this high title.

Recently, she was trained as a "Humanitarian Content Creator" in a program under the International Humanitarian Affairs Council in the UAE.

Her impact extended beyond geographical borders, as she was honored by the Arab Federation for Voluntary Work at the headquarters of the League of Arab States in Cairo in recognition of her contributions to the tolerance and peaceful coexistence campaign. She was also honored by the Saudi Red Crescent in Riyadh on International Volunteer Day, confirming her international standing.

Her role was not limited to field work; she participated with influential working papers in international forums such as the "Volunteering is Life" forum, the Peace for Development Forum in Sharm El-Sheikh, and the Sustainability of Startups and Future Innovation Conference, proving that giving is an intellectual and strategic act before it is an effort.

Her ambition did not stop at the limits of government and social work. Mona Al Matrooshi ventured into the world of entrepreneurship as the owner of a Salon and Spa project, in addition to being a fashion designer with her own brand, "VMS." This embodies her ability to embrace new ideas, innovate, and build a competitive work environment that achieves commercial and creative success. Her presence as a board member of the Ajman Business Women Council and a member of the Happiness and Quality of Life Board at the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry confirms her commitment to economically empowering women and supporting the investment environment with a positive vision that serves society.

She also holds important memberships in advisory and institutional boards, such as the Advisory Board for the College of Humanities and Sciences at Ajman University, the Franchise Association team under the Federation of Chambers of Commerce, and the Board of Trustees for Al Zorah Secondary School. She uses every platform as a tool for creating impact and sustainable development. She was classified as one of the "Creative Emirati Women" within the Sheikha Shamsa bint Suhail Award for her cultural project, an appreciation of her creativity in linking culture with entrepreneurship.

Mona Saqr Al Matrooshi’s journey is not just a CV filled with achievements and awards; it is a story of unwavering faith that eternal impact is the ultimate goal of leadership. She is the leader who turned her experience in teaching generations and judging awards into a life methodology, where institutional excellence is merged with deep humanitarian giving. She has taught us that power is not in the number of positions held, but in the depth of the impact left behind.
